Hi,

The PDF that you posted is a complicated one as there are multiple layers. The PDF Tool in FlatCAM was intended to work for regular PCB’s where traces are drawn without combinations of layers. There is also a limitation on the tool that it does not allow conversion of PDF’s that have zones of copper like for example, ground fill.

PDF support is limited, some of the PDF versions can't be processed by FlatCAM beta and there is that.

But now the application is no longer crashing but issuing an ERROR message in the Status bar and in the Tcl Shell.
