Can't enter - sign

In some numeric edit fields that present empty, I cannot enter a -ve value (it it will not accept the leading -). If I use the adjacent spinner to cause a negative value, I can then enter +ve and -ve values from the keyboard.

That was fixed too, the fix is in the Beta branch.
