When the program is in "English", many (more than two) tools can be stored in the tool database.
And when I translate the program in the settings to "Russian" language, you can save in the database of tools no more than one new tool, and when you create the next tool, the program closes.

• some strings in Tools DB class where translated and they should not be and some other strings were not translated and they were supposed to be translated.

Regarding the error after restart, it seems that Program Files folder security settings interfere. At least that’s I think it is. If you install in another folder the issue should not appear.
In any case it is something related to a Python module (VisPy), not FlatCAM itself. Regarding questions about modules I’m afraid I can only make suppositions as I do not know them except as a user.
