NCC tool: internal error

Follow the steps like in the video. After the project reloaded the issue cannot be reproduced. The problem possibly appears after the editing Tool Table directly to place new tool dia 0.35mm. The data can be corrupted after editing in the cell.

Can you replicate this issue or this is a random one? I ask because I’ve done what you suggest I can’t see the issue on my working copy.
