How about poly lines ?
I don’t understand the question. What about them? Are you referring to the resolution of them? That can be changed by adjusting the value for the Gerber (Geometry) Circle Steps parameters (increasing it) in the Edit → Preferences page. But that will increase a lot the GCode length.

You can use the Optimal Tool to find what tool you should use for Isolation.
The found distance is 0.3104mm, which is smallest distance between any two Gerber geometric elements therefore the diameter of the tool that will create a complete isolation.
As for the difference between what is reported in Diptrace and FlatCAM I don’t know. As far as I know I have no difference when using outputs from Altium so maybe it’s a Diptrace thing?
We need a measurement done in another Gerber viewer (maybe Altium Camtastic or the like) but I’m in vacation and have no access to Altium. Perhaps you can succeed in getting a 3rd party measurement on the provided Gerber.
