PDF import fails on FlatCAM 8.994 BETA 64 bit

Console shows:

'utf-8' codec can't decode byte 0xf8 in position 21: invalid start byte

8.991 works. I can’t find 992/993 to test.

If you want to use the older versions then check the Downloads section: 3rd file from the top has a link from where you can download the older versions.
Regarding the issue with PDF’s not opening, I already added a fix in my working version: I use the pikepdf package to parse the PDF files and decode the content more reliably.
The improvement will be available in version 8.995.
