FlatCam crashes if you try and remove a tool from geometry tab - Beta - 8.994 - fixed for next version

Steps to reproduce:

Import gerber
Create isolation routing (also happens when geometry generated from milling a drill file)
In properties tab for geometry object, in the tool table area, right click on tool and delete (snip attached)
FlatCAM crashes.

I am using FlatCAM beta 8.994 on Windows 10 [Version 10.0.19042.685]

Hello Sam,

The Milling aspects will be moved to their own tool (Milling Tool) in the next version, 8.995. This is actually the main work that needs to be done (it does change the app all over) before I am ready to release 8.995.
