Very strange NCC job failed behaviour

Hi,
The NCC Plugin (Tool) has always been an unreliable sub-app. The result depends on the parameter combinations and in this case, the cutouts in the copper are not supported. It looks like only the margin (1mm) is cleared.

I was thinking to remove this tool from FlatCAm beta because it takes too much dev time for little result, but there are some people attached to it and it looks like they get some results. But that may require to design your board with using this tool in mind.

I’m not going to put any more time into this tool (except changes that propagate to all other plugins (tools), if other people wants to improve it then it’s up to them.
