Restart Error after language change

After changing the language and applying FlatCam restarts, but restart doe snot work, because of an Error. Error message is hidden by splash screen. Problem is reproducable. I tried from english to german and german to english. MY version 8.994 Beta x64.

Workaround: Close Error Msg and do an manually start of FlatCam

How did you installed the program when asked by the installer? As administrator or normal user?
