New installer for Windows

Do you plan to do new installare for Windows. The current installer not generate multiple pass and sometime crash.

There are some things that still need to be solved especially the Tools Database. After that I will make a release therefore a new set of installers for Windows, too, even if not all things will be finished. So people have things to complain of
