8.995 NCC Milling Cut Z, dia, margin

NCC Milling Cut Z is -2.4000 (default?) instead -0.00500 in Preferences/Engraving/NCC Plugin/CutZ
Cutout Tool dia is 2.4, Margin is 0,1000 instead values in Preferences.

It not saves data to FlatDB but if I edit the file by hand, it reads, and uses these values, but not the spindle speed, it is always 0

The Tools Database is not functional in 8.995.

For Cutout Tool, I will fix them later.

Ok, I looked into this:

Cutout Tool dia is 2.4, Margin is 0,1000 instead values in Preferences.

and in my case it works as expected. When starting Cutout Tool, the values from Preferences are copied in the Cutout Tool and then transferred to Milling Tool.

And in the latest commit in Beta_8.995 Development branch, I made sure to transfer the Cutout Tool Dia into the Milling Tool Tool Dia field (although this one is used to add a new tool if needed).
