Juan Pablo Caram repo owner created an issue 2015-01-02

Two issues show up when running the script:

MatPlotLib fails to install requiring to run easy_install -U distribute for a second time.
The version of GEOS is too old (incompatible with the newest Shapely version). It can be upgraded using the script upgrade_geos.sh which downloads, compiles and installs.

Related symptoms in issues ~~#83~~ and ~~#85~~.
