Description
Excellon drill files generated by Kicad can sometimes contain "long holes", aka "oval holes" or "non-circular holes".
This is discussed in: https://bitbucket.org/jpcgt/flatcam/issues/121
This patch adds support for these "long holes" to camlib.py by
replacing them with lots of traditional holes sampled along the
path of the long hole.
Note that this initial patch supports only numbers with periods
(which Kicad always generates).
