Work around traceback bug for IronPython. IronPython throws IronPython.Runtime.Exceptions.StringException for raise "string". traceback.py checks type(etype) == str. That fails, so it assumes it's a class and tries to get its __name__. Work around this by adding a bottleneck in suite.py, and for IronPython, converting StringException to a str.
