Up to Preset Update SysEx

The ModeButton block is unused, but necessary in the sysex. The KMI editor automatically enters the below values in the preset file, and the sysex file. They are currently ignored by the QuNeo itself and are only necessary for correct binary placement of other properties and will most likely be reused in future versions of the firmware.

This block shoud simply be stored as-is
