Sorry but the last PR had some misspelled English words... now fixed.
Example to show how to use the parallel decorator: a command-line script to download flag images from the web. For demonstration purposes, adding an -s option when launching the script forces sequential downloads by removing the decorator.
Tested with Python 2.7 and Python 3.4.
