Changing the nested bullet lists so that Bitbucket's
Markdown interpreter will hopefully recognize them.

 Options for `formatJSON` are passed in via an object literal containing any of the following properties:
 
 * `classes`: This object specifies the class names that will be used in the resulting markup.
