Init scripts name is set to "piler" instead of "clapf"

Just a small note that the /etc/init.d/rc.clapf startup scripts still reference piler intead of clapf

/etc/init.d/rc.clapf

#!
NAME=piler

Should be

#!
NAME=clapf
