Bulk email downloading issue

Dear Jsuto sir,

When i click on Download bulk email button on piler gui, it download empty file. Nothing showing anything mean zero byte. And when i opened it shows the " the archive is either in unknown format or damaged". I have attached one screenshot.

    Please set write access to the webserver to the tmp directory, eg. chmod 777 /var/www/piler.yourdomain.com/tmp
