Can have single piler for O365 and Zimbra ( Multiple Sources ) ? Can I have configure to Multiple LDAP ?

Yes, piler can receive emails from different mail servers. The multiple ldap settings might be done with the CUSTOM_PRE_AUTH_FUNCTION feature, see http://www.mailpiler.org/wiki/current:custom-authentication

The custom function takes the login name, and you can set the ldap attributes and parameters on the fly.
