received email but not displayed in the search of the user login

As per the log, I have received the email to my piler server, but users search is not displayed with any of the email I have sent. Please help on this

What’s the sphinx query logged to the mail log? Is there any data in the sphinx files? Are the dailydelta1.* files' timestamps current (meaning that the delta indexer is running regularly)?
