Assuming you installed to /usr/local and the data is in /var/piler, then do the following steps to uninstall piler:

Stop all piler related daemons

Remove /var/piler directory, it may take a while

Drop the piler mysql database

Remove /usr/local/etc/piler, /usr/local/share/piler and /usr/local/libexec/piler directories

Remove /usr/local/sbin/piler and /usr/local/sbin/piler-smtp

Remove /usr/local/bin/piler* and /usr/local/bin/reindex

Finally remove piler’s crontab entries, then piler user and piler group
