How to migrate emails from piler v1.3.1 to v1.3.8?

Good Morning.
How can I migrate the data from an old version of piler v1.3.1 (with around 25000 emails) to a version of piler v1.3.8 that already has about 5000 emails?

I have not created an archiving rule, it is all by default, but I would like you NOT to discard any email, that is, I want you to store them all. Could you advise me?

Export those 25k emails from old version, and import them to new version. Check out the docs, how to do that.
