repo owner I’m confused. Who didn’t receive the message from who?
-
reporter From Gsuite server to mailpiler
-
repo owner OK. Then show me the logs regarding the delivery issue.
-
reporter I’ve already attached the logs from gsuite server. Could you please help me on where can i find the delivery status logs on mailpiler server.
-
repo owner It’s not a log, merely an error message. Piler syslogs its info to the mail log. Find it in /var/log directory.
-
repo owner - changed status to closed
No news is good news.

Account Deleted Same issue. I’m very new to piler and I did not install it my self. I did not find any useful logs in /var/log/. Which file is?
I followed that directive but I suppose my Piler server is not well configured: https://www.mailpiler.org/wiki/current:google-apps-for-business
-
repo owner The mail log. The exact piler depends on your distro, eg. maillog or mail.log.

Google do not reach the server…
Which port google use to contact Piler?
-
repo owner The usual method should be smtp delivery from google mail to piler, so check out the port 25 traffic and access on the piler host.
-
Account Deleted I found out my internet provider block the port 25 and I got hard time to find out we can route email to a different port.
- Add Host: https://support.google.com/a/answer/2614757?hl=en
- Change route. The option above the change envelop recipient option
-
repo owner So is it okay by now?
-
Account Deleted Yes, I started to receive emails. Thanks
