"Restore to Mailbox" checkbox is not showing

In piler, we are going to restore some mails. When we click the “Restore to Mailbox“ option it’s not showing the check option ( to select the which email id to restore the mail ).

Thanks for the Bitbucket issue. The contact is not for such purpose. Anyway, I think you need to add all of your domains as an administrator user at administration / domains menu.
