No results in audit UI

Everything seems working fine but we are not able to get anything in audit UI and getting error “Empty search result. Try adding the wildcard character(*) after a word snippet (min. 5 characters), eg. duplic* to find "duplicate", "duplicated", etc.” While i tried searching with multiple keywords.

When we send email, we get logs in piler stating it’s stored and same gets visible in “received messages” under “Message Disposition”.

sphinx version is “Sphinx 3.3.1”
