piler web search blank

After login in to piler, click on search options blank. following logs received in mail.log

Check if you have any email indexed, see files and their modification time in /var/piler/sphinx. Also check if the indexer scripts running periodically, see crontab -u piler -l

Now problem is resolved.

Thanks for your support. one more thing how to process the error mail.

I checked, error folder and lot of email were stuck due to following error on that days. so please suggest how to reprocess the error folder mail.

As the error message suggests piler can’t connect to the mysql server using parameters in piler.conf. Verify that those parameters are correct.

now parameters is corrected and working fine but some email are pending due to that error.

all email’s are available in error folder so how to process that email again.

Move the emails from /var/piler/error to /var/piler/tmp/0, so piler daemon will start to process them. Also be sure to check the mail log, and see they are being stored.
