How to disable smtp tls1.0 in piler 1.3.5 build 997

Please suggest how to disable smtp tls 1.0 in piler 1.3.5 build 997 and enable support

for smtp tls 1.2 or above.

Thanks for sending the patch.

will this patch work for our piler version(1.3.5 build 997) , and i will follow the below procedure for applying patch

I am running diff for piler 1.3.5 files and side-diff(piler1.3.12) for 7 files shared by you

and i am getting many difference ,chosing only lines specified for TLS (provided for 1.3.12) and editing in orginalfile , compile, make, make install.

Please suggest any other procedure to be followed , to add this patch directly to piler 1.3.5 version
