New Mail are not coming in Piler GUI | Error: SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] Connection refused on database: sphinx

HI
I am not able to see new mails coming to piler gui but i can see mail.log and mail.info size is increasing time by time ,
there is some space issue happen on server so our team attach a extra harddrive and move some file from piler.store/00 and by mistakenly he also truncate audit and rcpt file after that gui website showing “Error: SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] Connection refused on database: sphinx” sometime and sometime i am able to login into GUI need someone help

Steps which i have done on server
Try to restart mysql , rc.piller, rc.searchd all are running but rc.searchd sometime show active(exited) state
