pilerexport broken

Commit f268396 broke pilerexport (just exporting all mails with -A is still working).

snprintf(s, sizeof(s)-1, "SELECT DISTINCT `id`, `piler_id`, `digest`, `bodydigest`, `attachments` FROM %s WHERE deleted=0 ", SQL_MESSAGES_VIEW);

v_messages has no “attachments” column
