Piler webui issue

Hi,

We are facing issue while restoring mails from webui,

We are using,

piler version ---> 1.3.8 build 998

After clicking send button , if we select next page , the page becomes unresponsive. its keep on loading state

The screen will show Loading message and does not respond , we tried restarting apache2, rc.searchd and rc.piler services but same issue. Attached the screenshot.

The server load is also normal.

kindly suggest any troubleshooting for this issue.

Check the apache and probably php error logs.

We have checked in error.log

Probably php logs to a separate file.

We have checked we are not getting any error log in php logs

You need to find some issue or error in the logs somewhere to see what the problem is.

We are not able to find any error logs on php and apache

Open Javascript console in your browser, reload and try again.

It must log a view errors. Also look in network tab for failed requests. Posts results.

Issue couldn't be reproduced, and no more info about it.
