customer site not reachable

Hi
I'm installing a mail piler with multiple tenancies. created a customer as per document & video.
customer URL not able to reach after creation, finally make a copy piler.conf from /etc/nginx/conf.d to <customerid>.conf.
changed server URL inside the /etc/nginx/conf.d<customerid>.conf then able to reach the customer website and everything working fine.

above details are not available in the document, Is this right what I did above?.

Created separate config-site-<customer.id>.php(copy config-site.php from /etc/piler/) under /etc/piler/sites/ - Customer URL not able to reach after creating.
Need a separate site for LDAP, SAAS report & S3 integration)
can you assist what I missed to create a customer site

I am using the trial enterprise version 1.6.2-ff0f802e

This issue tracker is for the open source edition. The commercial edition has features and settings not compatible with the open source version.
