I am facing the below error when trying to open piler GUI in browser.

Hi Janos,

Please ignore the above issue. I have resolved it. However, when checked on the piler GUI, I could see today's ( 2nd August) emails and then directly May month’s email. There were no emails of June, July. Can you please suggest how to resolve this. Is reindexing the solution? If yes, I would be obliged if you could share the exact steps for the same, like which services have to be stopped, with user the reindexing has to be run etc.

Hello Aamir, run as user pile reindex -f 1234 -t 4567. You may find the exact numbers from the metadata table id column. Use an appropriate sql query to find the starting and ending IDs.
