The latetest version on Docker Hub is always the latest version.
This can be either a beta, nightly or in the case of piler the current 1.4.2.

Many always install the latest version by not specifying a version but :latest.

In the case of Piler, the version is already 5 years old and not up to date.
Here should be with each release also always the latest pulled up
