Couldn't load template

When we tried to access the Piler console via web browser, we faced an issue.
The issue is: (ERROR: Could not load template /var/piler/www/view/theme/mobile/templates/search/search.tpl!).

Note:

Piler version is 1.4.4 build 1001.

While all users are able to log in, just one user has the issue mentioned earlier.

No upgrades have been made, and this is not a fresh installation.

The mobile theme is deprecated, in fact, removed from master branch. Please use the default.

I see. In that case disable the mobile detection.

there is no following path “/var/piler/www/view/theme/mobile/” in piler server also this issue happening for one user only others doesn’t face this issue.

how to disable disable mobile detection, please share the steps.

The easiest fix is the create a symlink to the default theme, eg. “ln -sf default mobile” in the theme dir.

We followed your instructions and built a link from “/var/piler/www/view/theme/defaultc” to “/var/piler/www/view/theme/mobile”. The issue has been resolved.
