daily-report.php via cron: wrong counters on processed emails

Comparing the health page and the mail generated by daily-report.php, we get different counters, e.g.:

Current health page: 210 (60 minutes) 1489 (24 hours) 8073 (1 week) 36113 (30 days)

This nights daily-report.php: 16 (24 hours) 1478 (1 week) 7967 (30 days)

I tink daily-report.php shifted counters, e.g. used 60 minutes as 24 hours.
