mysql_stmt_execute error: *Duplicate entry for key 'id'*

I got alot of these in the log files. It says "error". Should I worry about it? Everything seems to work.

mysql_stmt_execute error: Duplicate entry '###-user@mydomain.com' for key 'id'

    This may happen if piler gets a duplicate message while still processing the previous copy.
