piler startup, cant connect to mysql server

Issue #158 resolved
LinuxMagic created an issue

Just a suggestion, might be somethings you want to add to "Mail Piler Installation Notes", (Aside from =psql is not yet supported ), but after running the conf, and following the instructions, piler failed to start, with could not connect to mysql, but it was a simple thing of editting /usr/local/etc/piler.conf to put in the password you choose during the post installation configuration. (see VeryStrongPassword)

Also, you might suggest that --enable-memcached be added to the installation, notes as I assume most users would want this if they have memcached support?

Well, I believe that the configure script doesn't suggest the use of psql.

I've fixed the postinstall script to fix the mysql password in piler.conf, will commit soon, thanks for noticing.

Currently piler uses memcached to update the counters only, which is not that much gain, that's why it's not suggested on the installation page. Memcached is used more heavily on the gui.
