Smart Host Error

Good morning.

I have installed MailPiler over the weekend and it is a great archiver. Thank you for all your hard work coming up with this technology.

I am connected to Office 365 and it is archiving email. There is no smart host needed. If that is left blank will it affect the GUI? Or does there have to be a value in the config file?

I used latest OVA and it is great thanks so much.

Hello, I'm glad that you like piler. If you don't need a smarthost, just set or leave it empty. However note that without a smarthost the gui can't restore emails to the users' mailboxes.
