When setting up Branding Text and Branding URL we noticed that it creates a URL at the top menu, nice, however when we click on the link it takes the Branding URL and appends %20%203Dstyle to the URL

Not sure where it's getting this additional padding but it causes the link to not work.

It's the 73th line in view/theme/default/templates/common/menu.tpl. There's an improper double quote placement. Fixed.
