old email not available in search

I installed piler at the beginning of the month, but when I search for the email now it shows no results are available. The email still exists in the store, but not in the search. When I try to reindex I get a segmentation fault. I am running piler 0.1.24-master-branch, build 836 on CentOS release 6.5. I get the segmentation fault when I run reindex -a or reindex -f 1 -t 1. Not sure what is causing the issue, any help would be appreciated.
