Former user created an issue 2014-05-05

Hi,

I notice emails show different time offsets ion the date header feild. Not a big deal, but for a user in a local timezone would want to see the date/time translated into there local time. I seems like this is dictated by the senders timezone

IS there a way to chaneg this behaviour.
