Not seeing all archived email

I have been watching the logs constantly and I am seeing email coming in that has been forwarded by my exchange server but on average I am only seeing only 26 email when I do a search only for that day. Any ideas?

    I decided to not put any search criteria in and got a lot more email (not sure why it is different when I put the dates in) but now when looking at email I noticed email from today has time stamps that are in the future.

    Ok I have reinstalled mailpiler and now when I try to access the web gui I get PHP Fatal error: Call to a member function get() on a non-object in /var/www/emailarchive/system/language.php on line 13

    I fixed my problem. I thought I had pulled the latest from the master branch and apparently I did not. I was using the tar file. Did a git clone and got it working. So far I am seeing a lot more email.
