Duplicate Column name 'ga_enabled'

I was trying to update from RC version (piler 0.1.25-rc2) to a stable release (piler-1.1.0) and ran in to issue. My effort to resolve via faq was not successful.

The sql upgrade script assumes version 0.1.24. You have a newer version, so there's less to upgrade. Check the sql upgrade script, and determine what you have to fix manually,
