pilerimport not skipping selected folders

We are trying to import Exchange 2010 mailboxes using imap. When I try to exclude a folder with 2 words like "Deleted Items" the pilerimport utility doesn't seem to acknowledge it.

Is there a work around to get the utility to skip these types of folders? pilerimport -i <server> -u <user> -p <pw> -x 'Deleted Items' pilerimport -i <server> -u <user> -p <pw> -x "Deleted Items"

... -x 'Deleted Items,'
