upgrade instructions forget about the webui!

The upgrade instructions fail to mention copying over the web user interface. While this is a trivial task, remembering to do it and warning if anything might get overwritten (like reminding users to insure they use config-site.php vs config.php) would be helpful.

Perhaps an install/upgrade script could be included in a future version for simpler installation and maintenance (download dependencies, detect webserver, upgrade database, etc)

1.10.0 looks great by the way - a huge improvement over the 0.25 branch we were running (and I think it may have fixed our libpst boundary garbage database entries left over from imports too, but the jury is still our on that)
