download eml message does not open with outlook 2007

i am trying to open eml messsage download from mail piler, does not open. this is big issue.

If I misundertood you, and you can download the eml properly, only outlook cannot open it, please tell me.

yes i have been download eml file properly.
but if i want to forward this mail to other one through outlook 2007, i can not open eml file in outlook 2007. i have only one outlook 2007.

So the piler gui gives you the eml file properly, and you can actually see the message in Outlook 2007, but when you try to forward it, you get an error. Is that correct?

no i cant see message in outlook 2007 after download in eml format from mail piler.
i want to ask you one more thing.. if i want to archive any email from outlook to mail piler how can i do??? is there possible for pilerimport to automatically import any mail from outlook if i choose archive in outlook with right click on any email.. i hope you can understand what i want to ask...

OK, if you select a message, then click on the download link, can you get the em message properly? Use a text editor to see it. In the meantime I'll test it myself.

OK, I tried it with Outlook 2007, and apparently all it can do is to forward the message. However Outlook 2013 can properly display it.

Any (either php or any kind of syslog) error message? By clicking on it, can you see the message in the lower pane? Can the webserver write the tmp directory in the documentroot of the gui?
