attachements with utf-8 chars in name

I've come across the issue with attachments with non-standard chars in file name - I have pdf file which is processed correctly when:

Content-Type: application/pdf; name=zalacznikpdf.pdf

but is not recognized when:

Content-Type: application/pdf; name="=?utf-8?Q?za=C5=82=C4=85cznik_JKE88585=2Epdf?="

it looks like serious obstacle for implementation for me

Please apply the following patch, and it will fix the problem. Otherwise reopen this issue.
