Hi

it looks like both, web interface and ldap_sync.php has problemw with creating users. While debuging I've reached model/user.php file and add_user method and it looks that this method is being invoked correctly but INSERT query on database fails.

Any help appreciated

solved: I haven't applied patch to database while upgrading from 0.1.21 to 0.1.22

yes, my best bet was to apply the util/db-upgrade-0.1.21-vs-0.1.22.sql sql statments. Sorry, I forgot to add this detail to the upgrade docs. Now it's included.
