Support LDAPS

As we are currently offering Mailpiler as a service 3rd party authentication against a foreign LDAP is always tricky as LDAP is not very secure and we have to deal around with ipsec tunnels etc. Implementing an LDAP over SSL option on the ldap page would make live much more easier as the data would be encrypted.

Use and SSL terminator like stunnel for securing LDAP.

Where you specify the ldap server in config-site.php, try setting ldaps://.....
